A Bit More About Me
I Make Fitness Fun
I'm a light-hearted guy with over 15 years of combat and fitness experience. My love of combat-based sports began when I was 18 when I started Judo in my hometown of Newcastle. I quickly succeeded in becoming a black belt after 1 year. I followed my love of Judo down to Bath University where I studied Sports Performance for 2 years, competing and training with the top Judo athletes in the country. After finishing university I moved over to Reading and started training with the Gods of War MMA team. I competed 5 times in MMA with a record of 4-1. I began coaching MMA at the gym in 2013 and really developed a love for teaching! After my MMA career I began training Brazillian Jiu Jitsu at Mathouse and regularly competed in competitions around the country at blue belt level. I coached boxing for the UWCB (Ultra White Collar Boxing) and grappling for the UWCMMA (Ultra White Collar MMA), both of which I loved.

1-2-1 Training
I offer personal sessions tailored to you, specialising in martial arts, strength and conditioning or a mixture of both.
I have my own personal gym space with all the equipment you need so you can train and learn in privacy and feel confident that the session is all about meeting your needs.
Commercial gyms can be overcrowded and sometimes stressful places to be, no longer will you have to wait to do your squats while the bros do bicep curls in the squat rack!
